The session is based on the four main principles of survival - fire, food, shelter and water.  Depending on the time available, the team learns how to build an emergency shelter, collect and purify water, prepare food and how to light a fire. 

Bushcraft weekends are also available for those who want to come back and sleep ‘under the stars’...
